1. How do we protect our customers?
We protect information on the journey from your computer, smartphone or tablet to our server. We make this possible with data encryption technology and thus comply with the highest online security standards. Therefore, you can be carefree, no one will see your financial data.
2. How long does it take to ship? And how can I track my order?
Delivery time is based on the shipping option you chose. After your order has been shipped, we will send you your tracking number and tracking website via email (the one you registered with the order). The order processing and shipping period will be 1 to 7 business days, at the end of this period the tracking code will be sent to your email provided during registration for real-time monitoring. We are not responsible for any delays caused by the Post Office.
3. What is the delivery time?
Our customers are receiving delivery in around 15 to 20 business days. The product will go directly from the manufacturer to your home.
4. Where does the product come from?
Our suppliers are mostly from the United States, Asia, Europe and National.
5. Are there fees to pay due to your factories being abroad?
No. You will not pay any additional fees.
6. How safe is my purchase?
When purchasing online using your credit card, all of your information is entered into an SSL secure page. Your information is SSL encrypted and sent directly to the credit card company's network, where the card and transaction are authorized and approved. Your credit card information is not stored on our servers.
7. Can I pay in installments by bank slip?
No, installments are only accepted by Credit Card.
8. What are the payment methods?
We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, Discover, AMEX) and PIX
9. Is there a warranty for use?
We have an exchange or refund guarantee if you use it for 7 days and find a factory problem. See our Exchange, Return and Refund Policy
10. If I want to change my delivery address, can I do so?
All of our deliveries are made after confirming all the details you provided when completing the order. If you want to change something, due to a change of address, or any other reason, please contact us immediately to request the change. Our email is contato@meteoroenvios.com
11. Even though the order has been sent, can I change it?
Please be advised that your shipping address cannot be revised once your order has been processed or shipped. Please update your shipping address to your current address for your next order.
12. What do I do if there is an item missing from my order?

13. What if my delivery is late?
Rest assured. You will be able to track the delivery with the tracking code sent to your email. For any delays or if your product did not arrive for some unexpected reason, please contact us at contato@meteoroenvios.com. Also read our Delivery/Shipping Policy .
14. What do I do if I never received my product?
Please contact us if you have not received your product. From there we will begin the refund procedure. Contact must be via email contato@meteoroenvios.com. Also read our Exchange, Return and Refund Policy
15. How do I contact your company if my question is not answered here?
We want to have close contact with our customers and establish a relationship of trust. For any questions you have, it will be a great pleasure to talk to you and clarify all situations. 16. I want to change or cancel my already paid order, how do I do it?
If your product has already been processed and shipped, it cannot be cancelled. If it is necessary to change the address, contact us to find out what is and is not possible to do. Send an email to contato@meteoroenvios.com . In the “subject” field, enter your order number to speed up service.
